I got some more work done on the painting (and much to my surprise, I didn’t really eff it up yet). All that remains is to paint the tree in the foreground that droops into the right-hand side of the picture, and then to paint the water hyacinths at the bottom foreground.
For anyone interested, here is the painting as of tonight.
This is proof that I am actually doing something this summer.
